» Crewmember Status Reports
This feature is the core of PilotTracking. Com . It ensures that your pilots have received medicals, checkrides, training, and more as required by the Federal Aviation Regulations. No more messy whiteboards. Your sub-companies and dispatchers can check from any web browser the status of your pilots.
Once you are logged into PilotTracking.com you can chose your company
summary. You will then see all of your crewmembers for that company and
their status.
» Directory
This feature will allow you to maintain a single collection of contact
information. No more updating multiple lists in multiple places.
Individuals can update their own information. Dispatchers and
supervisors can update information as well. Here is an example of the
directory:
» Automated Reminders Our system automatically issues emails to crewmembers and supervisors as
important events approach! Never be surprised by a forgotten medical or
checkride due date again.
» Supports Sub-Companies We understand that some operators place the aircraft of others on their
certificate. For example, if Operator A has Challenger operating
authority, and Operator B does not; Operator A may allow Operator B to
place a Challenger on its certificate. We call these sub-companies.
» Administration
Once logged in it is easy to add or delete companies, assign planes and
manage aircrafts with a click of a button.
In the administration section you can also express edit pilot
information.
You also have the ability to manage training curriculum, this gives the
user the ability to add training segments that are outside the norm,
for example:
Every air carrier must conduct at least 5 segments of training for every
pilot (Company Indoc, Hazmat, Emergency, Aircraft ground, aircraft
flight). Some companies may have a need for special curriculums that
conduct special operations such as: air ambulance, fire fighting,
government contracts, pipeline patrol, operations to extreme/remote
areas, etc.
